Abstract
A rectangular house made of concrete block and a corrugate roof was considered a step up the economic ladder from the traditional round house with thatched roof. Different ethnic groups throughout the country had very similar housing patterns. The Vai live primarily in the northwest on the border between Sierra Leone and Liberia. |
