Abstract
This article gives an overview of the main literature available on the Beja language (Cushitic branch of Afro-Asiatic) in different linguistic domains: grammatical descriptions, lexicology, dialectology, sociolinguistics, phonetics, grammaticalization, discourse organization and prosody, including recent results of the author's research. |
