Abstract
The white workshy person in South Africa: Biographical features. From a literature survey a profile of the white male work-shy person is developed. Hypotheses as to how the work-shy differs from the working person are then formulated and tested empirically. Results indicate that the work-shy differs significantly from the working individual in terms of characteristics relating to affective (emotional), conative (motivational), social, intellectual, and physical functioning. |
