Abstract
Pluralism exists based on the belief that a number of group of people that belong to different races or ethical affiliation and linkages can live together peacefully in one society. Against this background, Nigeria can rightly be passed for a pluralistic society. Pluralistic societies are not Without socio-cultural problems. These problems sometimes go beyond holding together and thus result In violence and sometimes even' war. Hence peaceful co-existence is a critical prelude for the attainment of meaningful national goals and sustainable development, all efforts to knit pluralistic societies together become Imperative. Based on this assumption, counseling and Religion are considered a desirable tool for this task. |
