Abstract
The presence and role of Trans-national Corporations (TNCs) in present day international commerce have created domineering impact that cannot easily be ignored the world over. Basically, transnational enterprises are businesses that operate internationally. Transnational enterprises therefore take on a variety of operational structures that reflect their international character. If the home or parent organization is located within a single state (a national transnational), the organization is usually fairly simple. Enterprises with multiple parents located in multiple states (international transnationals) often have quite complex structures. - Faculty of Law, University of jos |
