The researcher therefore recommends that to improve on its competitive, ATC has to consistently implement the elements of value chain. Most importantly, it should not allow any gap in its service provision. It should seek customer feedback, immediately respond to customer complaints and should on timely restore broken services. ATC also needs to employ trust worthy workers who are competent, fast and working with diligence. ATC should also ensure that the procurement be done according to the regulations and with honesty. Products purchased should remain of good quality to avoid re-purchases and waste. The technology department should be made more active to receive communications from clients and to give response on time. Research on environmental issues that affects business should also be strengthened. Management should ensure continuous working relationship between departments and should ensure institutional discipline that lure clients to use their services. |
