Abstract
This thesis examines how the socio-cultural environment in Tanzania constrains female entrepreneurs from growing their business. Sylvia Walby's (1990) definition of patriarchy is used to analyse the various ways in which the socio-cultural environment influences the opportunities and success of female entrepreneurs. |
