Abstract Trabalho de Projeto de Mestrado, Educação (Área de Especialidade em Supervisão e Orientação da Prática Profissional), Universidade de Lisboa, 2020 - A complexidade da educação e o seu processo, sobretudo 'Relação Escola-Família e os Recursos do Meio' numa instituição liceal no sector de Empada-Guiné-Bissau, exigiu a intervenção de todos. O presente ' Projeto de Mestrado' insere-se no âmbito do curso conducente ao grau de 'Mestre em Educação, na área de Supervisão e Orientação da Prática Profissional' do Instituto de Educação da Universidade de Lisboa, implementado pela FEC na Guiné-Bissau em colaboração com Universidade Católica da Guiné-Bissau. O trabalho tem por objectivos: conhecer, analisar e compreender a relação que existe entre Escola-Família e valorizar os recursos do meio no processo do ensino e aprendizagem. A metodologia usada contemplou recolha de dados com recurso a pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, a análise de documentos, fichas estruturadas para a orientar a coleta de dados relativos à instituição escolar, ao espaço educativo e aos professores, assim como entrevistas semiestruturadas a quatro participantes, o Diretor (S-B), um professor (S-C), um aluno (S-D) e um pai encarregado de educação (S-E). Os dados foram tratados através de procedimentos de estatística descritiva e as entrevistas, após a sua transcrição, foram objeto de análise de conteúdo. Ao longo da análise e interpretação dos dados constatámos pontos em comum dos entrevistados. A natureza da escola, capacidade organizativa, influenciou a qualidade da relação e da dinâmica entre Escola e a Família. Os dados evidenciam vontade crescente da colaboração entre instituições nas atividades escolares e extraescolares, como demostram heterogeneidade social e cultural da comunidade educativa e a dinâmica dos agentes educativos, que garantiram um clima favorável. - The complexity of education and its process, especially 'School-Family Relations and Middle Resources' in a high school institution in the Empada-Guinea-Bissau sector, required everyone to intervene. The present "Master's Project" is part of the course leading to the degree of "Master in Education, in the area of Supervision and Guidance of Professional Practice" from the Education Institute of the University of Lisbon, implemented by FEC in Guinea-Bissau in collaboration with Catholic University of Guinea-Bissau. The work has as objectives: to know, analyze and understand the relationship that exists between School-Family and to value the resources of the environment in the process of teaching and learning. The methodology used included data collection using documentary and bibliographic research, document analysis, structured forms to guide the collection of data related to the school institution, the educational space and teachers, as well as semi-structured interviews with four participants, the Principal (SB), a teacher (SC), a student (SD) and a parent in charge of education (SE). The data were treated using descriptive statistics procedures and the interviews, after their transcription, were subject to content analysis. Throughout the analysis and interpretation of the data, we found common points of the interviewees. The nature of the school, its organizational capacity, influenced the quality of the relationship and dynamics between School and the Family. The data show an increasing desire for collaboration between institutions in school and out-of-school activities, as shown by the social and cultural heterogeneity of the educational community, the dynamics of the educational agents ensured a favorable climate.
