Abstract
Journal Article - Ghana has been implementing its health sector reforms
for over a decade now and has reached the
stage of implementing its programmes using the
Sector-wide approach (SWAp), which is strongly
supported by World Health Organisation (WHO).
As the implementation progresses however, it is
imperative that observations regarding its influence,
apparent or real, be closely monitored and investigated
as deemed necessary and feasible. Even more
important is the impact of health programmes and
their outcome on the health of Ghanaians |
